Our story

“The first thing my grandmother put in my hands.”

Lively Yeni Bakes is a Cuban–Florida fusion micro bakery in Gainesville, Florida. Our recipes carry generations of Camagüey tradition — guava and cheese, pan Cubano, croquetas — baked fresh where the island meets the Sunshine State.

Everything is made by hand, in small batches, with what's good and local: Alachua County blueberries, local honey, and a whole lot of love. We bake what we grew up eating, and we'd be honored to bake it for your table too.

How ordering works

1. Browse the menu and pick your favorites.
2. Send us a note with what you'd like and your pickup date.
3. We'll confirm details, then bake it fresh — or pack it into La Cajita de Camagüey.
